You wake up cold and disoriented on a rusty metal bed inside the dark, abandonedRuiz Psychiatric Hospital. Outside the barred window it is pitch black, and behind the barricaded ward doors, the guttural snarls of the undead echo down the halls. With no weapons at your disposal, your only chance of survival is to inspect the ward in 3D, build an improvised acoustic decoy trap, lure the zombie horde away, and escape through the hospital morgue.

🏥 Part 1: Awakening in the Main Ward & 3D Object Inspection

As soon as you regain consciousness in the main room ofRuiz Psychiatric Hospital, you can tap the shift blackboard on the wall and the barred window to get your bearings. Next, search the room carefully:

1. Crawl Under the Hospital Bed:Tap the dark space underneath your bed. Your character crouches down and retrieves a heavyHammerfrom under the frame.
2. Inspect the 3D Medical Equipment:
   • Tap theIV Stand (Drip), theWheelchair, and theOxygen Cylinderin the ward to open their interactive 3D models.
   • Rotate each 3D object to spot and collect the hiddenEmpty Balloon, the sharpNeedle, and the piece ofChewing Gum.
3. Inflate the Balloon on the 3D Oxygen Cylinder:
   • While viewing the3D Oxygen Cylinder, rotate the tank until you clearly see the top pressureValve Nozzle.
   • Select theEmpty Balloonfrom your inventory and tap the valve nozzle to attach it.
   • Tap theValverepeatedly (at least 4 times) to release bursts of compressed gas until the balloon expands to full size, then tap it to collect theInflated Balloon!

🗄️ Part 2: The Side Ward, 6 Numbered Lockers & Crafting the Blowgun

Move into the adjacent ward room where a hospital bed is pushed up against a row of six numbered cabinets and a locked door leading to the morgue.

1. Pull the Bed Away from the Cabinets:Tap the hospital bed blocking the bookcase/lockers to drag it aside. (The scraping sound triggers a terrifying undead growl from behind the walls, so stay alert!).
2. Pick Up the Pen:Tap the small bedside table on the left to zoom in and pick up thePen.
3. Open the 6 Numbered 3D Lockers (Cabinets #2 & #3):
   • Tapping any of the 6 numbered wall lockers opens a 3D cabinet view. To open a drawer in 3D,touch and drag downwardto slide the drawer toward you.
   • Save time by opening the two lockers that hold critical items (Lockers #1, #4, #5, and #6 are empty):
     • Cabinet #2:Drag the 3D drawer open and tap the stack ofHeavy Booksinside to collect them.
     • Cabinet #3:Drag the 3D drawer open and tap theMorgue Door Keyinside to collect it.
4. Craft the Improvised Blowgun in Your Inventory:
   • Open your inventory and combine theChewing Gum+Needleto create a weighted dart projectile (“as if it were a bullet to be fired”).
   • Combine theGum & Needlewith thePento craft theImprovised Blowgun!

🎈 Part 3: Unbarricading the Corridor Door & Setting the Balloon Trap

Navigate to the flickering hallway alcove with the heavily barricaded door. You need to turn this doorway into an acoustic trap that will draw the zombies out of the morgue wing and into the starting ward.

1. Pull Down the Blanket (Phase 1):Tap the barricaded door once to rip down the hanging cloth sheet, revealing wooden planks nailed across the frame.
2. Pry Off the Planks with the Hammer (Phase 2):Select theHammerfrom your inventory and use it on the wooden boards to pry them off the door.
3. Survive the Zombie Window Encounter (Phase 3):Tap the cleared door again. Suddenly, a zombie slams its rotting hand against the glass window, knocking you backward onto the floor! Wait a moment until the creature shambles away down the dark corridor.
4. Wedge the Door Open with Heavy Books (Phase 4):
   • If you simply pull the door handle, the heavy spring hinge automatically pulls the door shut again.
   • Select theHeavy Books(from Cabinet #2) and use them on the door to wedge it permanently open!
5. Set the Inflated Balloon Trap (Phase 5):Select yourInflated Balloonand place it right inside the wedged-open doorway. When popped from a distance, the loud bang will echo down the corridor!

🎯 Part 4: Unlocking the Morgue & Finding the Lost Needle

Now that the balloon decoy is in place, return to the Side Ward (with the 6 numbered lockers) and use theMorgue Door Key(from Cabinet #3) on the locked door to enter theHospital Morgue.

1. Take the First Shot with the Blowgun:
   • From just inside the morgue doorway, you have a direct line of sight back toward the barricaded door where your red balloon is wedged.
   • Select theImprovised Blowgunand use it on the distant balloon.
   • Drat—you missed!The needle dart flies past the balloon into the main ward:“I got the wrong aim, now I have to go find the needle, where damn it will be!”
2. Where to Find the Lost Needle (Secret Curtain Close-Up):
   • Walk all the way back to your starting room (theMain Ward).
   • Tap the hangingHospital Privacy Curtainnear the bed! A new close-up view opens showing the stray needle dart pinned right into the curtain fabric.
   • Tap theRecovered Needleto pick it back up!
3. Pop the Balloon & Trap the Zombies:
   • Return to theMorgue Doorwayand use theRecovered Needleon the distant balloon.
   • BANG!This time your aim is true—the balloon explodes with a deafening pop!
   • Lured by the noise, the undead horde stumbles down the corridor and pours into the old ward. Your character quickly slams and locks the morgue door behind them, trapping the zombies on the other side!

🚿 Part 5: The Morgue Curtain, 7-Valve Fire Sprinkler Puzzle & Emergency Exit

With the morgue door locked behind you, the only way out is forward through the autopsy room and the emergency exit.

1. Look Behind the Morgue Partition Curtain:Walk past the morgue gurneys and tap the surgical privacy screen to step behind the curtain.
2. Solve the 7-Valve Fire System Pipe Puzzle:
   • On the wall behind the curtain is a high-pressure water manifold with7 circular red valvescontrolling the hospital’s fire sprinkler system.
   • The valves must be opened in a specific7-step sequential order.
   • How to Solve It Quickly:Tap a valve to turn it. If it is the correct next valve in the sequence, it stays open and water rushes through the pipe; if it is out of order, the valves reset to closed. Test and lock in the 1st valve, then find the 2nd valve that stays open after the 1st, and repeat step-by-step until all 7 valves remain open simultaneously!
   • Once all 7 valves are open, the hospital’s fire sprinkler system roars to life in the corridor outside.
3. Escape Through the Morgue Emergency Exit:
   • Step out from behind the curtain and approach the heavyEmergency Exit Doorat the back of the morgue.
   • Tap the emergency push-bar to throw the door open and escape the horrors of Ruiz Psychiatric Hospital!
