1. Thorough Cell Search: Don’t Overlook Any Detail
Like all classic first-person room escape adventures, success begins with relentless observation. In your starting prison cell:
- The Sink & Plumbing:Carefully inspect the bottom pipe joints and behind the stainless-steel toilet bowl to retrieve hidden iron rods and improvised brackets.
- The Mattress & Bunk Bed Frame:Lift the rough prison blankets and search the narrow gap between the steel frame and the wall. Inmates before you often hid sharpened shanks and metal wires there.
- Posters & Brick Walls:Inspect suspicious wall markings. Scratches, clandestine tally marks, and the peeled corners of wall posters conceal key numbers needed for upcoming electronic keypads.
2. The Corridor Inmate with the Phone (“The Thug with the Phone”)
One of the most frequent stumbling blocks for players and YouTube content creators alike is encountering theinmate in the corridorclutching a mobile phone. Repeatedly tapping on him or attempting to grab the phone yields no response, leading many players to assume the game is bugged.
💡 Pro Escape Tip:
You cannot forcibly snatch the phone. In prison culture, contraband runs on barter: you must first locate the contraband item he desires (such as a pack of cigarettes or trade goods scavenged from adjacent cells) and use it on the inmate to gain his trust and unlock the phone’s stored contact data!
3. The Wall Safe with Numeric Keypad (Code 0000)
Inside the guard station, you will encounter a wall-mounted electronic safe featuring a 0-to-9 keypad and a central dial. To decipher the 4-digit combination:
- Review the guard shift schedules and duty logs pinned to the cork noticeboard.
- Cross-reference the highlighted roster numbers with the timestamp of the latest security report: entering the sequence unlocks the safe containing the magnetic keycard and the camera override chip.
4. The Sealed Floor Hatch & The Welding Torch
Upon reaching the maintenance room monitored by a closed-circuit camera, you are stopped by a heavy reinforced iron hatch set into the concrete floor. To breach it:
- Position the folding step ladder to obstruct or blind the CCTV camera’s line of sight.
